Form Actions - Provide transition FromStateName and ToStateName context It would be useful to create Form Actions (and JavaScripts) where the the FromStateName and ToStateName transition information i...s available. The closest Form Action condition option is "the current transition is or is not in the specified list of transitions." Specifying the destination state name is more useful since usually the number of states is almost always much smaller than the number of transitions. Also, a form action used by the Update transition will work based on where in the workflow it's invoked. The only possible workaround to get this information would be to assign a pre-transition script as described in S140146. This would have to be manually assigned to EVERY transition in the workflow. Also, it will not work for Update transitions since they cannot be assigned AppScripts. This workaround is not user friendly for Form Actions since the results cannot be easily tied to the actual State field drop-down selections. We don't need the previous state added to form actions since we already have it because the State field should be set to the previous state. The NEXT state is the important information we don't currently have. The HTML form page has embedded in it the Transition ID that JavaScript can use. The form should also include the previous and next state IDs since state names can be duplicated throughout the workflow. Whatever the current and next states are at the time the transition is executed should be available in the form actions and JavaScript. The next state should also work when the transition begins and ends to the same state. Same for transitions like the Update transition on the ANY state. More

The UI inteface (editable grid) to add or edit records for multiple rows are too complex for business user The requirement is not to key in a record each time.  The UI needs to present a table similar... to editable grid to add or edit records easily.  This UI is too complex for business user to understand   The requirement is to have a simple table header with + sign to add a row, - row to delete a row, and edit the contents directly.  This is an example This is a very common UI requirements for multiple rows.  I propose the product development looks into creating a widget the implementation team can use easily. In SBM Admin portal it appears that project name fields created are limited to 32 characters in Length when other names e.g Group name are limited to 64 characters.  Is it possible to allow the proje...ct name field to be increased by the administrator or change the product to allow a greater length than 32 characters.  A large number of our projects have been truncated by SBM and this makes it difficult for users to distinguish between projects. In the current Kanban Boards there isn't anyway to control the order that the tiles are displayed.  Adding the ablity to order the tiles would add significantly to the Kanban Board functionality Ideal...ly, I would like the ability to be able to sort the tiles in a particular order based on an existing field, and additionally be able to manually sort the tiles by existing drag & drop functionality within a column. An example use case would be, sort the tiles by 'Due Date' field - and if necessary move tiles up/down to set specific priority.   While the Backlog view does give the ability to sort items manually - this type of functionality within the Kanban would be a great feature.
