Notification Problem

0
My SBM server was just upgraded to Windows 2016 and SBM was upgraded from v10.1.5.3 to v11.4.1 last week. After this upgrade, there is an owner notification that not all users in the same group can receive when that person is owner of a state. First I thought that the notification no longer worked after the upgrade, but later I found out that it still worked for some users but not for others depending on the state of the workflow. When I checked the ns.log file, I also noticed a Java error regarding a duplicate key field, but this field is not used in the project at all. Can anyone tell me what went wrong with my notification please?

If you search in the KnowledgeBase there are a few items that refer to duplicate key errors in the ns.log file - check each of those to see if they help. Otherwise I would suggest contacting Support for assistance.

I think David is on the right track. Try this KB:
    http://knowledgebase.serena.com/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=D23537
If that doesn't help, open a case with support.

I vaguely recall running into the same problem (same scenario) I don't recall what the issue was; but I do recall finding info in the KB regarding it. I think right now that's the best bet, next best bet would be to open a case with support.
