SDA Single Sign-On Question

0
Hello,

I am using SDA 6, and wanted to enable SSO. I saw documentation on SSO, but that is related to SSO with other Serena products.

Since I don't have any other products, can SDA SSO with Crowd/OpenID?
I can turn on security realm. I have separate authentication server, which can pass correct header field for ldap authentication. So if I pass header field "ALFSSOAuthNToken", will it authenticate that user?

Thanks

ALF SSO Gatekeeper is used for the SSO. We can only support SSO with other Serena products.

      Thanks Sam,

Where will I get more information on different authentication mechanisms supported by Deployment Automation? e.g. crowd, OpenID integration, remote user authentication or SAML etc?

May be I work my way from that...

      Thanks

      Shailesh

As I said, ask the community. What you are trying to do is way beyond what we test, support or document. If it does not work, you will be on your own (no support). I doubt it will work.

However, I suggest you go to Connect | Forums in SerenaCentral and post your question there instead of trying to send it to specific individuals.
