I have set up a rule and notification in Teamtrack with selected users but it works fine to some users (admins) but not others (standard user) as they are getting nothing and I cannot see anything being sent in the log file.

    Do the standard users have privileges to view the item that the notification is being sent for? Users can only receive notification emails for items they can view.
