Trying to Determine Why Transition Buttons Are All of A Sudden Missing from a Workflow When Viewed by a Specific TeamTrack User Question
I have a user that all of a sudden has no transition buttons shown to him when he goes to a specific workflow in TeamTrack and clicks on any available ticket. I haven't changed any of his permissions in TeamTrack or altered the groups that he's a member of or anything else permission-wise.
I can login to TeamTrack as others in the office that have basically the identical position in the company that this one particular user has, go into the same workflow, and all expected transition buttons are presented to the other users.
Thoughts as to what I need to check here?
