We are using SBM 11.4.1. We encountered following error message "Unknown error occurred. Please contact your Administrator." when trying to access My Kanban. After the error occurred, the display will be blank and browser will need to be closed. This also happen with admin privilege.

    I contacted support via help desk, and was able to get a solution. there is a DB script that will be needed, and it depends on security timeout set in configurator.

      This happened in SBM 11.4.1, support provided the DB script but it is just a temporary fix and it needs to be executed repeatedly after every changes that has been deployed.
      Hotfix 5 as suggested by support are also not working. This is a default My Kanban and it does looks bad if a basic and default function is not working.
      I wonder if there is anyway just to hide this My Kanban and replace it with other Kanban.
