Has any one managed to embed workcenter report, views or feeds into other tools or websites?

I have managed to do it using iframes and the classic UI URL's. However this obviously rules out any of the newer views and feeds plus the classic UI is on its way out.

Ideally we'd like to be able to embed kanban boards on our company intranet. We use Atlassian Confluence though I guess it doesn't really matter what tool is used.

Thanks! :)

There doesn't appear to be anyway "out-of-the-box" to achieve this. Unlike Reports where you have an option to copy the URL to the clipboard, Kanbans and Activities don't have the same ability. Perhaps some smarter mind than mine might have a suggestion, otherwise you could submit an enhancement request and hope it gets lots of votes.

How do you handle authentication from Atlassian? Does the user need to log into SBM from the Atlassian frame?

I think out single sign on covers this. 99% of our Atlassian users are also SBM users.

The only way we have had any success is using the old UI links. When using these links users are not prompted for any credentials and the report just loads.

As soon as we start using workcenter links we get a blank frame. Still no authentication prompts though.

By "workcenter", do you mean "myserver.com/workcenter/tmtrack.dll?...etc..."? Try using the "myserver.com/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll?" link . It'll show legacy pages but will work .. at least for now.

    Are you using URL authentication?
    I.e "myserver.com/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll?entrypoint
