In 11.1, I created an Actions > Add Note notification using the "Note is Added" rule condition documented in the App Admin guide.  Once the notification was turned on, much to our chagrin, recipi...ents of emails manually sent from items received not just the emails, but the new notifications as well.  To add to the confusion, both email and notification were stored in the Emailed Notifications section. 11.1, I created an Actions > Add Note notification using the "Note is Added" rule condition documented in the App Admin guide.  Once the notification was turned on, much to our chagrin, recipients of emails manually sent from items received not just the emails, but the new notifications as well.  To add to the confusion, both email and notification were stored in the Emailed Notifications section. Two solutions occur to me: 1) Separate the 'Note is added condition from the email function. 2) A workaround if the functions can't be separated in say, 11.6: Create some condition that would prevent the notification from being sent to the email recipient if the "note" were actually an email. What experience have other customers had with the rule "A note is added"? More

In an any-to-any transition form action the condition 'State = value' does not work. There's a sort of logic to this, in that one might think of any-to-any as a state independent of the other states i...n a workflow.  On the other hand, since the State value is visible in the State field in the form, why shouldn't that value work as a form action condition? In 11.1, when a transition that has Hide button on form checked is invoked by a transition action, I do not want the transition to display in the State Change chevrons.  Not only does it display in Su...bmit and any-to-any transitions, but in the former case, the transitioner is inappropriately displayed as the Submitter. In 11.1, when a transition that has Hide button on form checked is invoked by a transition action, I do not want the transition to display in the State Change chevrons. The transition is displayed in a chevron when the action is in the Submit transition, and when the action is in an any-to-any transition. It is not displayed when the action is in a transition other than Submit, or any-to-any. More
