Hello, You are able to localize all reports via Application Administrator / Localization/Export/Reports.But views such as Activity, Calendar,... and Dashboards cannot be localized.Users are confused ...if almost all entities are localized, but other important parts as views on left side menu (and other places) are not. It would be better to be able to localize default and shared views and dashboards used in SWC.   Thank youBest regardsLucie More

We use MLS localization of process applications. We localized states, transitions, name of fields, name of projects, reports,…. Everything works OK. Except of notifications. These notifications wo...rk also OK in both languages except of the name of notifications. We use Czech locale as root and we localized our applications into English. It means that user who uses English locale, can see all in English except of the name of notifications – these are in Czech language. But this name is subject of notification e-mail and you can also see the list of your notification in SWC (icon on upper right corner near by user profile). So in SWC user with English locale can see only Czech notifications. Would it be possible to add localization string for the name of notification, please? Thank youRegardsLucie Situation with notifications: We have default.htm notification template. We used this template for many of our notifications and it worked OK. In Subject of notification email user received the name of the right notification. e.g: * IM - Byl uzavřen incident * IM - Byl vyřešen interní incident * IM - ……. But now we need to use localized default.htm (= 2 tabs in default.htm - look at my screenshots, please). How to set that template or localization in that way so the user with English locale receives English Subject and user with Czech locale receives Czech notification name in Subject of notification email? Body of notification is OK - he can see the names/ labels of fields in English or Czech depending of his/her locale. But the problem is with Subject of that incoming notification email. It is in Root language only. More

Lucie Mlynarova added Audit logging to favorites
In SBM we are missing audit trail for all user administration, like add, remove, modify users and groups and changing rights. This is needed for strict security requirements we have (we are a bank).  ...To give an idea, this type of events should be logged: Logon failed Activation of an account which was blocked or suspended or expired.A password reset for an account.A change in the securty profile settings of an account. These settings can be like increasing the logon attempts of a user, or changing the minimum password length for an account etc.User CreatedUser DeletedGroup CreatedGroup DeletedGroup Permissions Changed User Added to Group User Deleted from Group User LockoutAll unauthorized access attemptsUse of privileged accounts (admin): log on/log offUse of normal accounts: log on/log off   More

It would be extremely beneficial to capture Change History for actions taken via web application admin much in the same way we capture it for Aux tables like Company, Contacts, etc... Supporting an en...terprise size installation of SBM with multiple administrators (and some managed admins) demands a better audit trail of what has been done.   With so many administrators, and in cases where automated onboarding processes are used, it can be difficult to know who made a particular change. The most important changes to keep track of are obviously access changes such as Group updates for membership or a User update for membership changes.  Depending on how you use Groups/User/Roles it may be applicable for Roles as well.   The the scope of such an ask could vary greatly from just the access related tables, which I've mentioned, to all administrative changes which could possibly be made, to perhaps something in between.   I realize that the 'all changes' scope may be too big a bite to achieve given the varied nature of system tables and their relationships.   Our most immediate area of benefit would be those mentioned above surrounding access changes and having an audit or notification of changes.   Given that perhaps the focus could be for those tables or specific changes that could nicely fit into the Auxiliary table model.   If so I would propose two things... 1) Having viewable and reportable change history for given admin actions. 2) Being able to build notification rules against those changes so areas of concern can be actively monitored. I'm sure my initial thoughts are not entirely complete as to the benefits nor the possible applications such a feature would allow.  Please augment or spawn new ideas if you have any. More

Hello, After you deploy Process application which contains Advanced XML Report, you can see these tables (created by XML) in Application Administrator/Manage Auxiliary Data. You can set privileges fo...r that tables in Application Administrator/User/Privileges/Table. You can create reports on that new tables. But you are not able to localize it – the name of fields in that tables and the reports created on that tables. Localization strings are not added to Application Administrator / Localization / Values (with MLS ticked) for these Advanced XML Report tables. When you export MLS Runtime / Values – ticked “Reports” there are all reports except these created as Advanced XML Reports. It is confusing for users - almost all reports and tables are localized but some reports and field names are not. It would be nice to be able to localize Advanced XML Reports too. Thank youBest RegardsLucie More
