We've had a report, Query by State, for a long time.  I'd like to add an Item Type query, to help break down the State drop-down list, but despite disabling (in Composer or App Admin) no-longer-used o...ptions in Item Type, the disabled options still appear in the Query drop-down (not as disabled).  I need the no-longer-used options for older items and for items I may activate in the future.  Should these disabled options be showing in reports in the Query at runtime dropdown lists? Currently only Single User Fields can be defined as owner of an item per state. It would be helpful to be able to select a Sub-Relational Field that points to a user-field in an AUX or Primary Table a...s owner. In case you're clasifying the items by any relational-field (AUX-Table) and depending on that choice there are different responsible persons to handle the issues, Sub-Relational fields are perfectly suitable to show always the correct responsible person. Unfortunately this user field can not be used as the owner of the item as it's a Sub-Relational field, which leads you to use scripts instead of built-in functunality. I would appriciate to see this option coming. It would help us a lot. More

Currently in reports you can filter like User-Field XY = (current user) We would like to have the option to create reports for teams of users, who are already organized in Usergroups. One of them is ...set in the item as responsible user, but the other team members should be enabled to see all his/her items without defining complicated filters. Especially because the responsible person might change, but the team remains the same. So a filter of: current user is member of item.MultiUserfield or item.SingleUserField is member of SelectedUserGroup would be great. Or even both. Thank you. More

Notify the System Administrator of critical tasks such as expiration of certificate or sub-components of SBM not available SBM Single Sign On authentication was used to allow multiple products like Di...mensions RM, Dimensions CM and Deployment Automation to provide single sign on service.  However, when the SBM SSO certificate expired, the users are unable to access multiple systems creating Priority 1 incidents for the System Administrator. Currently, the only option is for the System Administrator to run the SBM Configurator and do a static Diagnostic.  A more seamless approach is to notify the System Administrator at least 2 weeks , 1 month or 2 months before the certificate expired.  Beside the expiration of certificate, there are other critical tasks which the System Administrator needs to take immediate action.  Eg, the web server is not available, the application server is not available, the connection to the notification server/email server is not working.  Similarly, the System Administrator would need an email alert to take immediate action   More

Instead of writing report queries over and over each time you write a similar report, why not encapsulate them as business rules?  As a report creator, I would like to be able to: Reuse existing qu...eries or query fragments Use previously defined business rules as part of my report queries For example, the "Priority 2 Evaluation" business rule from the SSM Change Management process app could be part of a query:    Where Submit date > 1 day ago and Priority 2 Evaluation = true   More
