Provide a user friend interface for administrators to manage orchestrations. Enabling the administrator to kill individual orchestrations if stuck in a loop, or view their status. The lack of orchestr...ation management tools is extremely poor - there should be an orchestration management UI whereby an Administrator can stop a single orchestration, without having to go near the db tables or do what we had to do yesterday which was purge every orchestration. That is something we cannot do in a LIVE environment. I wasted a lot of time with the consultant yesterday trying to resolve this issue, and kill a single orchestration. Our solutions are jammed full of orchestrations and we (as indeed I am sure others) would benefit from a management tool. More

In general a detailed audit trail is missing for all activities concerning user access management.

It would be extremely beneficial to capture Change History for actions taken via web application admin much in the same way we capture it for Aux tables like Company, Contacts, etc... Supporting an en...terprise size installation of SBM with multiple administrators (and some managed admins) demands a better audit trail of what has been done.   With so many administrators, and in cases where automated onboarding processes are used, it can be difficult to know who made a particular change. The most important changes to keep track of are obviously access changes such as Group updates for membership or a User update for membership changes.  Depending on how you use Groups/User/Roles it may be applicable for Roles as well.   The the scope of such an ask could vary greatly from just the access related tables, which I've mentioned, to all administrative changes which could possibly be made, to perhaps something in between.   I realize that the 'all changes' scope may be too big a bite to achieve given the varied nature of system tables and their relationships.   Our most immediate area of benefit would be those mentioned above surrounding access changes and having an audit or notification of changes.   Given that perhaps the focus could be for those tables or specific changes that could nicely fit into the Auxiliary table model.   If so I would propose two things... 1) Having viewable and reportable change history for given admin actions. 2) Being able to build notification rules against those changes so areas of concern can be actively monitored. I'm sure my initial thoughts are not entirely complete as to the benefits nor the possible applications such a feature would allow.  Please augment or spawn new ideas if you have any. More

I need the ability to grab the change history of an item programmatically.  We have a lot of integrations today that interact with SBM via the SOAP web services and it would be preferable if there was... a way to get the change history the same way.  There is a GetStateChangeHistory call, but that only returns state changes, not ALL changes.  Why anyone would only care about the times an item changed to a different state and not just every change that happened to an item is beyond me.  Moreover, it errors when querying auxiliary tables, probably because they don't have states, and I need to be able to get the change history of aux table items. Allow a color option (blue or sand) to Work Center, same as in the Classic view. We distinguish our prod and test SBM UI's in the Classic view with the color option (blue or sand)--an important safety... feature for admins and user testers. Please add a color option (blue or sand) to Work Center..   More

A broadcast email feature is needed that would allow SBM Administrators to send emails to the entire SBM user base. (i.e., "SBM will be down from 4pm - 5pm on 5/1/17.")

SBM allows users with the "Logon as Another User" privilege the ability to choose ANY user. In some cases, this might be an otherwise lesser privileged user who could then impersonate an administrator.... As such, this feature often is only used by administrators due to concern for an abuse of this feature. It would be ideal if there was a way to control which users a given user could impersonate. For example, a test lead might impersonate a list of test users. Or a Manager might impersonate a direct report (to set up out of office settings, delegate settings, etc). Ideally it would allow an Administrator to specify who can be impersonated. But there might be use cases where an individual could specify someone who could act on their behalf as well (like delegate, but allow for changing user settings too). More
