Hi David Do you mean "Advanced SQL Conditions" as filter or SBM Advanced XML Report? Both will not really help me, because I was told by your support, that there's no option to use parameter (current ...user) in Advanced SQL Report Filters and as described, I would like to have even more: something like "Current User belongs to UserGroup XY" or "Current User belongs to 'MultiUserField'" (here I would predefine the wanted Usergroup. So as this option is not existing as filter in Advanced SQL nor in Advanced XML Reporting, there's no need to try this. My intention is to create reports that are as generic as possible, without the need to 'hardcode' the filters. This is what we do now and every time the responsibilities change, we have to change the reports. Thank you for your help. André More

No, I did not try this, because it's really too much effort for just renaming columns. I would need this for more than one report, which means I'd have to create al lot of XML files for all the views ...which are at the end quite similar to my primary tables. Besides I want to be flexible and be able to add or remove columns whenever I want, without recreating the XML and view and restarting IIS. So actually, this is not really an useful workaround. More

Currently in reports you can filter like User-Field XY = (current user) We would like to have the option to create reports for teams of users, who are already organized in Usergroups. One of them is ...set in the item as responsible user, but the other team members should be enabled to see all his/her items without defining complicated filters. Especially because the responsible person might change, but the team remains the same. So a filter of: current user is member of item.MultiUserfield or item.SingleUserField is member of SelectedUserGroup would be great. Or even both. Thank you. More

It would be nice to have the option to set column header different from the fieldname. Especially for reports with related items, when displaying any value from the related item the related field nam...e is always added to the actual fieldname. This results in very long column headers with more than one line breaks. e.g. we are using reports on stateforms to provide some information of related fields. The reports are inside a groupbox, which is labeled with the item. Like "Related Dynamic Problem". In the Report itself the columns are labeled like "ItemID (Related Dynamic Problem)", "State (Related Dynamic Problem)" etc. Currently we are forced to remove the suffix (Related Dynamic Problem) with Javascipt, but actually we just want to give our own labels to the columns. In Composer there's an option to export styles. This creates a file. But there's no option to import this file to a newly created Process App. (At least Support did not know about any option) This se...ems to be quite inconsequent and the export function is useless. More

Recently (11.4) the new feature Kanban Reports got a fix and now considers the Parameter "Newest First" of Journal Text fields. This means it now shows the latest entry on top. But when editing of thi...s field is enabled on a transition or on Edit, the Edit Box to enter the new text is at the bottom. On "normal" forms it is on top. So in case you already have some more entries in this Journal Field, you have to scroll down a long way to enter your text, or you even don't see, that it's possible to add an entry. More

Currently when defining Transition Actions there's only one condition possible. Like Field1 in Value1, Value2 etc. It would be helpful, if we could combine conditions with AND or OR, similar to the o...ptions you have for Rules. This would have helped me a lot in the past. More

Currently when using Time Capturing, you can only display 'Time Capture State' and 'Time Capture User' on a report and only on Summary Reports. While capturing the time spent, the user is allowed to ...enter a comment (DB-Field TS_TIMECAPTURE.TS_DESCRIPTION). Currently there's no option to bring this information on any kind of report. Besides it would be helpful to habe the time Capture information also on other reports like list reports. No idea if this is technical possible, as a calculation would be necessary.   More
